Job Description


Office Supporting Work:


- Providing administrative and secretarial support to IHC Beijing Rep. Office

- Making travel arrangements, booking hotel & air-tickets, assisting visa-related issues such as invitation letters

- Managing office files; in-coming & outgoing e-mail, fax

- Purchasing office consumables,

- Taking care of office equipment maintenance and tidiness of the office in general

- Supporting commercial activities when required, such as translation

- Maintaining staff annual leave record

- Ordering business cards


 Personal Competencies: 


- Must be able to do multi-task effectively, but no limit to the above-mentioned and

   follow-through until completion

- Efficient, well organized and meticulous

- Taking Initiative and prepare to work overtime and travel if needed.

- Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills

- Computer literate and good working knowledge of office productivity

applications like, word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail, web browser

- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English 


Special Requirements:


- Beijing Hukou preferred

- University undergraduate

- Age: below 30 years old
