招聘条件:

Title: Regional Project Management Assistant (PMA)

 

Location: Beijing Office

 

Reporting Line: NA Regional Program Team Lead

 

Major Responsibilities:

1)    Project Budget Management

a) Marketing project budget preparation, tracking, monitoring and modification

b) Monthly investment rate measurement report delivery to marketing managers and country directors of North Asia.

 

2)    Marketing Project Implementation and Compliance Management

a) provide assistance in managing the implementation of all marketing projects and activities

b) manage required submissions of project related forms such as:

I. Advance Notification to the head office for air ticket booking

II. Contract Request Form

III. Memorandum of Justifications for contract writing, and post billing adjustments

IV. Embassy notification of activity plans

V. Travel Authorizations to the U.S. embassy staff

VI. Trip Report collection and distribution

 

3)    Project Reporting and Evaluation

a) Marketing Project Updates & Report collection

b) Distribute and monitor collection and submission of activity evaluations

c) Activity report collection and distributions

 

4)    Event Planning & Coordination

a)  Work with Global Headquarters to implement an organizational systems approach to event planning and implementation

b) Create templates for regional marketing staff to use when planning events

c)  Initiate and monitor event contracts and contractors for contract compliance

d) Collect quarterly, semi-year and annual reports from marketing managers

 

Requirements:

1)      Work experience 3+ years, with admin and accounting skills preferred

2)      Fluent in English and Chinese, especially in listening and writing

3)      must have prior experience working with foreign companies

4)      Good interpersonal communication skills

5)      Highly professional, committed individual with the spirit of teamwork

6)      Periodic/light travel as required

7)      Occasional overtime required for assistance in managing major events.   Overtime will  be compensated with compensatory leave
