上班地点:北京市朝阳区东三环中路9号富尔大厦2608室
Responsibilities:
1.  Answering incoming calls and taking notes in a professional way;
2.  Greeting visitors, receiving and sending mails, express and keeping records;
3.  Ordering office stationary and consumables;
4.  Liaising with facility suppliers to make sure facilities and equipment are promptly maintained and repaired;
5.  Maintaining working environment in good, safe and health order and reporting to supervisor potential problems and hazardous;
6.  Keeping daily attendance and leave record, monthly attendance report consolidation for salary calculation;
7.  Keeping office access, key in order and remind employees to give it back as they are separating from the company;
8.  Organize office activities and parties;
9.  Other jobs assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
1.   Bachelor degree or above on English language;
2.   Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
3.   Proactive working attitude and held responsible for jobs;
4.   Multi-task taker and could prioritize jobs by importance;
5.   Positive and trouble-shooting;
6.   Integrity, reliable and trustworthy;
7.   Detail-oriented and meticulous;
8.   Patience and able to take working pressure;
9.   Excellent communication skills and comfortable to work with different groups;
10.  Efficient in Microsoft Office Software;
11.  Could work in fast-speed and multi-culture work environment.
